Stocks finished higher last week, with the exception of the Dow. After making a new post-correction high, stocks retreated but caught a nice bid on Friday. This saved the week and it may turn out to be a higher-low.
Bond markets caught a relief rally but multi-decade high inflation continues to act as a headwind for this asset class. Even so, we are seeing corrections unfold across several commodity markets. Nonetheless, they remain in strong uptrends.
The U.S. Dollar continues to consolidate near the highs and trade in a bullish manner. So much for an "imminent collapse." Cryptocurrencies are making key moves as well, and this was highlighted in the Mercator Crypto report that was published last week. Precious metals continue to posture up nicely too.
